After enjoying a weekend at the Spa, on Sunday the 8th, a delicious brunch will be available in our luxurious lakeside dining room. The brunch will contain many hot and cold items, composed of breakfast, lunch and dessert items. It will include a medley of fresh fruit, pastries and yogurt, with beef, white fish, chicken dressed with mustard and Atlantic salmon with shrimps. Many side-dishes will also be presented, including basmati rice, Chef’s vegetable stir-fried and potatoes «à la paysanne». To add healthy variety, many kinds of salads, including Taboulé, Greek Salad, apple and fennel salad, arrangement of various vegetables and fresh asparagus with smoked salmon will also be offered. Dessert will include maple syrup tartelettes, citrus tartelettes, cheese cake, chocolate mousse and other amazing desserts! This fabulous brunch is only 38$ per person and 16$ for the children under 12 years old, and it is possible to reserve at 11h30 or at 13h00.
