Congratulations. My wife and I know that with the menu, food and service you have at your inn this was long overdue. Our taste buds informed us of this the first time we were at the Ripplecove and it was only better (we did not think possible) the second time around. Your restaurant is the equivalent of any first class eating and drinking establishment that we have eaten in in NYC. This includes the Four Seasons and Cafe de Artists which are our two favorites. Your award is well deserved.

I am writing to let you and your staff know how thrilled we were staying at your beautiful inn for the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board Retreat held last week.

Everything was superb, from the magnificent setting and your immaculate inn to the hospitable staff, warm and inviting environment, and, as well, superb food, all was perfect!  I told you as we were leaving that I've stayed at many other hotels and so, in terms of comparisons, I can say that the Ripplecover Inn is unparalleled.

Please pass on our Board thanks also to your gracious and enthusiastic staff who proved over and over again that they weren't familiar with the word "no". They bent over backwards to make our stay a memorable one. What a delight that was!

I should also add that I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was the owner helping us with our luggage when we arrived!  What a testimony for your staff and, as well, not to mention,  a sign of excellent leadership.
